Barbara Ann  Robbins (McCooe)
Barbara Ann (McCooe) Robbins, 88, of Mooresville, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2017. She was born to Edward and Edith (Sherman) McCooe on June 16, 1929 in Fitchburg, MA.

Barbara worked as a Medical Secretary for Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes for several years. She was a member of Good Shepherd Methodist Church and Senior Ministries in Ft. Wayne. She enjoyed all crafts, reading, cooking and watching movies. She was highly intelligent, a good conversationalist and had a quiet nature. She lived in Ft. Wayne, Lakeland, FL, Vincennes and her birthplace of Fitchburg, MA.

Barbara is survived by three loving daughters, Jill (Tom) Feichter of Ft. Wayne, Jan (Bob) Wissel of Mooresville, and Penny Robbins of Carmel; four grandchildren, Andrew Feichter, Ashley (Steve) Snead, Lindsey and Kendra Wissel; two great-grandsons, Maxwell and Graham Feichter. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Dr. Ben Greenbaum will officiate Barbara's celebration of life service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 7, 2017 with calling hours starting at 12 noon in Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. Barbara will be laid to rest in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville.
