Obituary for Sharon K. Meadows

Sharon K. Meadows,66 years of age passed away Friday, June 25, 2010. She was born December 3, 1943 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Henry Sandford and the surviving Clara (Calvert) Sanford.

Sharon has lived in Clayton, IN since 1971 and she is formerly of Indianapolis, IN. She was a 1961 Graduate of Washington High School in Indianapolis, IN and also received a nursing degree from IU. Sharon loved to cook and she was a LPN for Hendricks Regional Rehab in Danville for 30 years. She retired in 2004.

She is survived by her 3 Sons: Mark (Stacy) Meadows of Mooresville, IN, Mike (Kammy) Meadows of Danville, IN, and Matt (Shannon) Meadows of Plainfield; Mother, Clara (Calvert) Sanford of Clayton, IN; 6 Grandchildren: Kailey, Blain, Cameron, Jagger, Mitchell, and Jessi Meadows; and 1 Brother, Jim Sanford of Fillmore.

There will be calling hours for Sharon from 4-8pm, Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at Jones Family Mortuary and also 1 hour prior to the service. The Funeral Service will be at 10am, Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Jones Family Mortuary. Johnie Edwards will officiate the service and Sharon will be laid to rest at West Newton Cemetery.
