The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Sean Ruschau can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Uncle Rob

Sean, I knew you were something special the moment I held you as a baby. You grew up to be a fine man. You served your country as a Marine (semper fi), married a beautiful young lady, fathered two kids and worked hard to love and support your family. You were a loving husband and father which is something awesome today. There are not enough people like you in this world and I am very proud you were my nephew. I love you, rest in peace and I look forward to seeing you again. Rebecca and the boys, you have my deepest condolences. I have been looking forward to seeing you in person, but never this way. I wish and pray Sean would come back to you and say it was a terrible mistake. I would trade him coming back for me seeing you Friday any day of the week. I hope that makes since through the tears of writing this. Amy and I are ready to do anything to help you. We just need to know what we can do. Nothing we can do will erase the pain, but we are we are willing to help. Jen, Mike and Shelby, you know we love you and would do anything for you. We have been there together during good times and bad. Nothing like this, but Amy and I will do whatever we can for you. Just say the word. I can't imagine what you are going through. Love, hugs and prayers to you all.
