Obituary for Maxine Gentry

Maxine Gentry,62, of Mooresville, IN, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2013. Maxine was born to Glenn and Elon (Bicknell) Gentry on December 25, 1950 in Indianapolis, IN.

Maxine was a Homemaker. She enjoyed needlepoint, puzzles, coloring and spending time with family. She has lived in Mooresville and Monrovia all of her life.

Maxine is survived by four brothers, Maurice Gentry of Camby, IN, Clark Gentry of PA, Jessie Gentry of Camby, IN; James Louis Gentry of CA; three sisters, Lillie Miller of MI, Drusilla Van Hoy of Mooresville, IN and Jeffie Wade of Greenwood, IN; 20 nieces and nephews and several great and great, great nieces and nephews. Maxine is preceded in death by her parents; Glenn and Elon (Bicknell) Gentry and a sister, Virginia Hammer.

Family and friends may attend calling hours from 2-4 p.m., Sunday, November 3, 2013 and 10-11 a.m., Monday, November 4, 2013 at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville, IN. Dean Mosser will officiate the 11 a.m. celebration of life service on Monday, November 4, 2013 at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville, IN. Maxine will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hall, IN.
