Mary "Ruth" (Pugh ) Broviak, 70, of Indianapolis, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015 at St. Vincent Hospice. She was born September 29, 1944 in Pennington Gap, VA.

Ruth was a current resident of Indianapolis of which she lived most of her life. Ruth worked many years in the Jewelry Industry for Downey Designs, Goodmans, and McGees before retiring in 2000. She enjoyed Corvette Racing and was a member of the Indianapolis Corvette Club. She was also an animal lover.

Ruth is survived by her husband, Terry Broviak, whom she married on October 27, 2001; 2 sons: Russell Burke of Ohio and Mark (Twyla) Broviak of Coatsville; 2 daughters: Kimberly (Dennis) Henson of Camby and Angie (Bill) Harden of Indianapolis; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and 1 brother, Charles Pugh of Mooresville. She is also preceded by her parents: Jack and Ida "Monette" (Engle) Lawson and brother, Gary Pugh.

Family and friends may gather 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. Pastor Alan Farmer will officiate the Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Jones Family Mortuary. Ruth will be laid to rest in Mooresville Cemetery, Mooresville.
