Obituary for Janet Sue Worley

Janet Sue Worley, 57, of Indianapolis, IN, with family by her side was called home to be with Jesus on July 7, 2013. Janet was born to Philip and Goldia (Owens) Lawrence on July 15, 1955 in Indianapolis, IN. Janet was a 1973 Decatur Central High School Graduate. Janet married Rickie Worley on July 21, 1990.
Janet was an Expediter for the United states Post Office in Indianapolis, IN for 28 years, retiring in 2013. Janet was a member of Bethul Tabernacle in Indianapolis, IN. She loved her pets and family. She has lived in Indianapolis, IN all of her life.

Janet is survived by her husband of nearly 23 years, Rickie Worley of Indianapolis, IN; six children, Jaclyn Brown of Mooresville, IN, Beth Wiggins of Mooresville, IN, Cathy Reeves of Mooresville, IN, James Worley of Indianapolis, IN, Michael Brown of Camby, IN and Chris Brown of IL; ten grandchildren and one great granddaughter; four sisters, Phyllis Dwyer, Kathy Nicholas, Joyce Price and Mary Beth Williams; five brothers, Terry, Charlie, Danny, Mark and Kenny Lawrence. Janet is preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Goldia Lawrence and an infant son, Joshua Lee Brown.

Family and friends may attend calling hours from 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, July 10, 2013 and 10-11 a.m., Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Jones Crossing Banquet Center, next door to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville, IN. Pastor Tom Baker will officiate the 11 a.m. celebration of life service on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Jones Crossing Banquet Center. Janet will be laid to rest in Fairfield Cemetery in Camby, IN.
