Obituary for Donald Ray Whitaker

Donald Ray Whitaker, 59 years of age, passed away November 27, 2010. He was born July 15, 1951 in Baltimore, MD to the late Howard W. Whitaker and surviving Kathleen J. (Price) Whitaker.

Donald was a Mooresville, IN resident for most of his life. He was a member of the New Life in Christ Church in Mooresville, IN and also loved music. He was a Dishwasher for Poe Brothers Cafeteria in Mooresville, IN for 2 years.

Donald is survived by his Mother, Kathleen J. Whitaker of Mooresville, IN; 1 Sister, Becky Gerldholdt of Mooresville, IN; and several Nieces and Nephews. He is also preceded in death by his Father, Howard W. Whitaker; 1 Sister, Norma Jean Kays; and 2 Brothers, Robert Whitaker and Frank Caudill.

There will be calling hours for Donald Whitaker from 11:30am until 1pm, Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville, IN. The funeral will begin at 1pm, Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Jones Family Mortuary. Bill Rooker will officiate the service and Donald will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hall, IN. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
