Obituary for Daris Shields

Daris Shields, 29 years of age, of Camby, IN passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2010. He was born November 28, 1980 in Indianapolis, IN to Randy Shields and Leanna (Green) Haas.

Daris lived in Indianapolis, IN for most of his life. He attended Waverly Baptist Church. Previously, he was a Trailor Mechanic for Parsac in Indianapolis, IN.

He is survived by his Wife, Niki (Dietrich) Shields of Camby, IN; Mother, Leanna (Green) Haas of Indianapolis, IN; Father, Randy Shields of Indianapolis, IN; Step Father, Gary K. Clark; 9 Children: Destiny, Shyanna, Madison, Brayddin, Brice and Brocke Shields, Isaiah, Cameron and Kassidy; 3 Brothers: Channing Shields, Gary C. Green, and Travis Shields; and 2 Sisters, Melissa Gasper and Tiara Shields.

Calling hours for Daris will be from 3-7pm, Sunday, November 7, 2010 and from 9am-11am, Monday, November 8, 2010 at Jones Crossing Banquet Center right next to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville, IN. The funeral will be at 11am, Monday, November 8, 2010 at Jones Crossing Banquet Center. David Ball will officiate the service and Daris will be laid to rest at Nebo Memorial Park in Martinsville, IN.
