Obituary for Betty Jean Sparkman

Betty Jean Sparkman, 70, of Gosport, IN died February 21, 2005. She was born June 15, 1934 to the late Porter Wilson and Dona (Johnson) Wilson. She was formerly of Bloomington for 10 years and Indianapolis for 50 years. She was a member of Bloomington Church of Christ. She was in Home Nursing for 10 years in the Indianapolis and Martinsville, IN area.

She is survived by: 3 Daughters: Theresa Sparkman of Ft. Wayne, IN; Rhonda Ogles of Monrovia, IN; Donna Sue Lynn of Indianapolis, IN; 6 Grandchildren; 3 Sisters: Evelyn Rodecap of MN; Geraldine Armstrong of CA; Wanda Thompson of Camby, IN; 1 Brother: James Wilson of FL. She is preceded by 1 Sister: Johnnie Robinson; 1 Brother: Garland Wilson.

Visitation will be 10-11am February 24, 2005 at Jones Family Mortuary. Funeral will start at 11am at Jones Family Mortuary on February 24, 2005. John Watson will be officiating. She will be laid to rest at Buck Creek Christian Church in Indianapolis, IN. Memorial Contributions can be made to the American Lung Association.
