Obituary for Deborah J. Parmerlee (Peebles)
Deborah J. (Peebles) Parmerlee, 60, of Camby, went to be with the Lord on October 31, 2017. She was born to Lyndell "Ray" and Donna (Clark) Peebles on April 18, 1957 in Jackson, MI. She graduated from Mooresville High School in 1975 and earned her associate's degree in 1977 from Indiana Business College.
Deborah was owner/operator of DNA Community Services where she spent several years working with developmental disabled individuals. She loved collecting angels. She enjoyed traveling, especially going to the beach. She loved and raised exotic birds. She was a very faithful and charitable person. She lived in the Camby/Mooresville area most of her life.
Deborah is survived by five children, Amber Fields, married to Dustin McCoy, Nicholas Baker, Melissa Combs, married to Matt Combs, Curtis and James Norrick; father, Lyndell "Ray" Peebles; two sisters, Teresa Ainsworth and Darlene Bergman; three grandchildren, Delaney Fields, Tyler Combs and Megan Catt. She is preceded in death by her mother and widowed from Daniel Norrick.
Family and friends may gather for calling hours on Sunday, November 5th from 2-6 p.m. and on Monday, November 6th from 9-10 a.m. in Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. Pastor Billy Gott will officiate Deborah's celebration of life service at 10 a.m. on Monday, November 6th in the funeral home. Deborah will be laid to rest in Floral Park Cemetery.
