Barbara  Garrigus (Kusky)
Barbara (Kusky) Garrigus, 77, of Danville, went to be with the Lord on September 11, 2017. She was born to Stephen and Josephine (Oleksiak) Kusky on December 6, 1939 in Cleveland, OH. She married Donald R. Garrigus on May 8, 1986.

Barbara worked as a cook for Ben Davis High School for seven years, retiring in 2001. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed her dogs. She also enjoyed attending garage sales and owning antiques. She lived in Danville for the past six years and lived most of her life in Indianapolis.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Donald Garrigus of Danville; three loving daughters, Mary Jo McKittrick of Danville, Marjorie (Mike) Sims of Danville and Michelle (Kent) Divine of Amo; three loving sons, Donald (Paula) Garrigus II of Mooresville, Gary (Nancy) Garrigus of Indianapolis and Willie Garrigus of Avon; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; and a sister, Lola Nottingham of OH. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Family and friends may gather to pay their respects from 4-8 p.m.on Wednesday, September 13 and 9-10 a.m. on Thursday, September 14 in Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. Father Francis Joseph will officiate Barbara's celebration of life service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, September 14 in Jones Family Mortuary. She will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
