Kevin J.  Woodard
Kevin Jay Woodard, 51 years old, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017 in Camby, Indiana.

Kevin was born in Martinsville, Indiana to Donna VanTilburg and the late William Woodard on July 6, 1965. Right after graduating from Zionsville High School, Kevin served in the United States Marine Corps from 1984 to 1988 where he was awarded a Sharpshooter Badge, Marksman Badge, a Good Conduct Medal, and a Sea Service Deployment Ribbon. After completing his military services, he worked at Stoops Freightliner as a Truck Service Manager for 28 years where he met his wife, Tina Woodard.

Kevin was a loving husband, son, father, step-father, grandfather and friend. During his free time, he enjoyed competitive go-karting, riding his motorcycle, and camping with his family and friends. He was also an active member of the American Legion Post 0497 and the American Legion Riders of Indiana.

Kevin is preceded in death by his father, William J. Woodard.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Tina Woodard, his mother, Donna VanTilburg, his step-father, Lisle VanTilburg, and his three children, Nicole “Ding” Esparza, and Drake and William Woodard. He is also survived by his three step-children Carmen Barry, Paige Starling, and Logan Starling, his grand-children, Drevin, Karli, and Coleson Esparza, and his close friends and family.

The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks for all the thoughts and prayers from their family and close friends.

Family and friends may gather to pay their respects from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 25 and 9-10 a.m. on Friday, May 26 in Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. Pastor David Gibson will officiate Kevin's celebration of life service at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 26 in Jones Family Mortuary. Kevin will be laid to rest in Green Lawn Cemetery in Frankfort.
