Condolence From: Dennis Palmer
Condolence: Jim was one of my first friends outside of my family. We spent a lot of great times at the old airport farm and the Joppa road farm. Jim was very funny we shared many great laughs he was a kind person and had a artistic talent that was rare. I am lucky to have spent my childhood and young adult life hanging out with Jim My condolences to his family for their loss RIP my friend
