Darlene H. (Viser) O'Neill, 68, of Mooresville, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2016 with family by her side. Darlene was born to Elwood R. Hendrickson and Helen R. (Masters) Perkins on April 7, 1948 in Indianapolis. Darlene graduated from Lawrence Central High School in 1966. Darlene married James W. O'Neill on March 12, 1993.

Darlene worked as an Export Manager for Delta Faucet in Carmel for 25 years, retiring in 2005. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and spending time with family. She lived in Mooresville for the past 24 years and Indianapolis for most of her life.

Darlene is survived by her husband of 23 years, James O'Neill of Mooresville; two daughters, Jennifer (Jake) Tharp of Brownsburg, Anne (William) Bogan of Lebanon; three sons, James P. O'Neill of New Castle, Jeff Trent of Plainfield, Gregory (Jami) O'Neill of Mooresville; 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Debbie Perkins of KY, Barbara Ann Stinnet of TN; two brothers, Ronald Perkins of AL and Robin Perkins of TN. Darlene is preceded in death by her father, Elwood R. Hendrickson; stepfather, Chester Perkins; two brothers, Michael Hendrickson and Michael Perkins.

Family and friends may gather from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2016 in Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville.
