Charles Steven "Chuck"  Zipoff
Charles Steven "Chuck" Zipoff, 90, of Camby, Indiana passed away peacefully with family by his side and went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Millers Merry Manor in Mooresville. He was born June 13, 1925 in Indianapolis, where he lived 25 years, to Steven P. and Evelyn (Ferguson) Zipoff. He married Edna (Suhre) Zipoff on July 1, 1950.

Chuck lived most of his life in Morgan County. He served in the Navy during WWII and later served in the Coast Guard. He was an engineer for Allison Division of General Motors for 31 years before retiring in 1983. He was a member of Grace Church in Mooresville and loved woodworking.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Edna (Suhre) Zipoff; four children: Sonia (Bill) Brown Martin of OH, Steve (Patricia) Zipoff of Camby, Russell (Chiew) Zipoff of Florida and David (Marya) Zipoff of Missouri; eleven grandchildren: Rachel Soey, Suzanne Westenhofer, Andrew S. Zipoff, Nicholas Brown, Derek Brown, Zachary Zipoff, Joshua Zipoff, Sarah Zipoff, Andrew S. P. Zipoff, Russell Zipoff II and David Zipoff; four great-grandchildren: Annie Zipoff, Vivian Westenhofer, Patrick Steven Zipoff and Sylvia Zipoff. Chuck is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Helen Cook and Ellamae White.

Family and friends may pay their respects from 4-8pm on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 and from 9-10am on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. There will be a celebration of life service held at 10am, Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Jones Family Mortuary. Chuck will be laid to rest at White Lick Cemetery.
