Obituary for Jerry D. Eskridge

Jerry D. Eskridge, 61, of Indianapolis passed away peacefully on May 22, 2015. He was born to James H. and Pearl F. (Washburn) Eskridge on December 18, 1953 in Indianapolis. He graduated from George Washington High School in 1972. He is a United States Navy Veteran.

Jerry was a Millright for IUPUI in Indianapolis for 19 years, retiring in 2014. He lived in Indianapolis all of his life.

Jerry is survied by his wife of 28 years, Pamela Eskridge of Indianapolis; two children, Jennifer (Brian) Baugh of Bloomington, Jerry Eskridge II of Indianapolis; three grandchildren, Kayleen Beers, Gracie Baugh and McKenzie Baugh. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, James and Pearl Eskridge; a brother, Richard L. Eskridge; and a sister, Patricia L. Duncan.

Family and friends may gather from 4-7 p.m., Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Jones Crossing Banquet Center, next door to Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. There will be a 7 p.m. celebration of life service on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Jones Crossing Banquet Center.
