William P. "Willie" Nushardt

William P. "Willie" Nushardt, 70, of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, March 31st, 2020. He was born July 23rd, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois to his parents, the late Edward Nushardt and Anne (Navursiks) Piaskowski. He lived in Chicago for 30 years, and then moved to Ohio for a few years. He later moved to Indianapolis in 1986. Willie is survived by his daughter, Allison (Irvin) Jaramillo of Camby; his son, Patrick (Lindsay) Nushardt of Indianapolis; Grandson, Gabriel Jaramillo; and 4 brothers: Edward, Michael, David, and Tim Nushardt. Willie is proceeded in death by his parents. Willie was a 1967 graduate of Hubbard High School in Chicago. Following high school Willie went to Washburn Trade School and specialized in Culinary Arts. He was a Chef for hotels and restaurants including Ike and Jonesy's and their racing club. He enjoyed cooking and gardening. Willie also enjoyed playing video games and building computers. Due to the current unprecedented guidelines limiting public gatherings there will be no services at this time. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville.
