William Marshall

William W. Marshall, 90, of Mooresville, IN passed away November 1, 2006. He was born November 9, 1915 in Paragon, IN to the late Roy Obey and Mary Gertrude (Baugh) Marshall. He married Thelma Edna (Slifer) Marshall on June 8, 1949. William lived in Morgan County for most of his life. He was a Veteran of WWII and served in the Army and Air Force. Before retiring in 1981, he worked as a Machinest for Allison's Transmission in Indianapolis, IN for 44 years. William is survived by 5 Children: William Robert Marshall of KY, Karen Marie Bauer of Martinsville, IN, Wendell Michael Marshall of Mooresville, IN, Sherry Lynn Marshall of Brooklyn, IN, Tammy Toliver of Mooresville, IN; 2 Step Sons, Tyrone Wayne Russell of TN and Larry Lee Scotter of Indianapolis, IN; and Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by 1 Daughter, Debra Kay Marshall. Calling hours for William will be from 2-6, Sunday November 5, 2006 with the funeral at 10am, Monday, November 6, 2006 both at Jones Family Mortuary. Sean Olson will be officiating the service. William will be laid to rest at Crown Hill Cemetery. Any Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
