William C. Tipton

William C. "Bub" Tipton Jr., 53, of Camby, passed away Thursday, May 4th, 2023. He was born January 2nd, 1970 in Indianapolis to his parents William Clement "Bill" and Deborah Sue "Debbie" (Keith) Tipton Sr. He was a resident of Indianapolis for most of his life.

William is survived by his mother, Deborah Sue "Debbie" Tipton of Camby; two siblings: Candie Duncan of Noblesville and Tonya (Mel) Moody of Indianapolis; one niece, Breonna "Breezie" Fields; and three nephews: Brandon "Fats" Fields, Dakota "Little Fatty" Tipton-Moody, and Eli Duncan. William is preceded in death by his father, William Clement "Bill" Tipton Sr.

William was a 1989 graduate of Northwest High School in Indianapolis. He currently worked as a Dispatcher for Hartmann's Auto Center Inc and was a part time Grounds Keeper at Winding River Golf Course in Indianapolis. He was a member of the Sons of American Legion Post #103 and served in the Honor Guard. William was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He enjoyed golfing. William was known by many as a man who was outgoing and loved to live life to the fullest.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 4 to 8 pm on Tuesday, May 9th and from 10 to 11 am on Wednesday, May 10th at Jones Crossing Banquet Center in Mooresville. A celebration of life will be held at 11 am following visitation at the banquet center. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville.
