Wanda Davis

Wanda L. Davis, 66 years of age passed away Saturday, November 28, 2009. She was born November 29, 1942 in Tiptonville, TN to the late William T. Davis and the late Eula (Webb) Griffith. Wanda has lived in Indianapolis, IN for most of her life and in Tiptonville, TN for 2 years. She was a 1960 Ben Davis High School Graduate and loved reading, bowling, and family. She was also a Tax Analyst for the Indiana Department of Revenue for 15 years and retired in 2009. Wanda is survived by 2 Children, Bud Upton of San Francisco, CA and Patty Stone of Indianapolis, IN; 1 Granddaughter, Brandy Lair; 2 Great Grandsons, Cameron and Trenton; 1 Sister, Mattie Deaton; and 2 Brothers, Sammy Davis and Dannie Davis. Calling hours for Wanda will be from 3-8pm, Tuesday, December 1, 2009 and also 1 hour prior to the Service on Wednesday. The Funeral will be at 11am, Wednesday, December 2, 2009 with Jeffrey Newton to officiate. Wanda will be laid to rest at West Newton Cemetery.
