Tommy L. Terrell

Tommy L. Terrell, 84, of Camby, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on May 9, 2026. Tommy was born on August 17, 1941 in Bloomfield, IN to the late Elmer and Deloris (Cooper) Terrell. He married Patricia Colleen (Davidson) Terrell on March 27, 1964.

Tommy was a 1964 graduate of Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis. Tommy proudly served his country as he joined the Army and was honorably discharged in 1967.

Tommy worked for Pepsi-Cola in Indianapolis for a total of 37 years of which 18 years he was a route driver and 19 years he was a semi-driver. Along the way he was recognized with many awards for his hard work.

Some of Tommy's interests included fishing and camping but more than anything he enjoyed spending time with his family that he loved dearly.

Tommy is survived by his wife; son, Jeffrey A. Terrell (Wanda) of Mooresville; daughter, Sherry Bailey (Jeff) of Mooresville; two sisters: Judy Akers (Gerald) of Avon and Marjorie Powers of Indianapolis; five grandchildren: Ariel Bailey Carter, Danielle Nichole Terrell, Morgan Nichole Terrell, Jeffrey Derek Bailey and Andrew Phillip Bailey; three great grandsons: Everett Thomas Bailey, Lennox Andrew Bailey and Warner Anthony Bailey; and one great granddaughter, Marissa Leigh Beaman.

Tommy is preceded in death by his parents; son, Thomas J. Terrell; and brother, "Gene" Terrell

Family and friends may show their love and support from 4-8pm, Tuesday, May 12, 2026 with additional visitation from 10-11am, Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at Jones Family Funeral and Cremation Service, Mooresville. The funeral service will be held at 11am, Wednesday, May 13, 2026 in the Funeral Home. Tommy will be laid to rest in Mooresville Cemetery.
