Theresa F Hashman

Theresa F (Frentz) Hashman, 57, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, April 2nd, 2020. She was born July 18th, 1962 in Indianapolis to parents, Jude and Peggy (Butler) Frentz. She married Mark Hashman on January 10th, 1981. She was a resident of Indianapolis for most of her life. Theresa is survived by her husband of 39 years, Mark Hashman of Indianapolis; one daughter, Barbara Hashman and son in law Sam Clemens of Indianapolis; three grandchildren: Shyane and Ray Walker, and Jude Hashman; a step mother, Mary Ann Frentz of North Carolina; and three sisters: Anna Marie, Lindy Sue, and Dana Frentz. She is preceded in death by both of her parents: one brother, Jude Frentz Jr; one sister, Bernadette Horsley; and one grandson, Gabriel Hashman. Theresa was a homemaker and a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Indianapolis. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Due to the current unprecedented guidelines limiting gatherings, there will be a private gathering along with a private celebration of life at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville.
