Terry R. Vaughan

Terry R. Vaughan, 65, of Indianapolis passed away Sunday, March 3rd, 2024. He was born May 10th, 1958 in Brookyln, New York to his parents Terry and Lillian (Lewis) Vaughan.

Terry is survived by his mother, Lillian Vaughan; six children: Nika Vaughan of Chicago, Tristan Vaughan of Chicago, Terry Vaughan III of Washington D.C., Colin Vaughan (Kelly) of Plainfield, Jacob Vaughan of Langley, Virginia, and Hayden Vaughan of Plainfield; several grandchildren; one sister, Vanessa Jordan (Lydell) of Arlington, Virginia; and one nephew, Desmond.

Terry is preceded in death by his father, Terry Vaughan.

Terry was a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University where he obtained his bachelor's degree in history. He was a manager in the restaurant industry. Terry was a member of St. Susanna Catholic Church in Plainfield. He loved football, especially watching his sons play. Terry had a passion in collecting watches. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and telling stories. Terry was known by many to be a boisterous individual.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 12 to 1 pm on Friday, March 15th at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 pm following visitation at the funeral home. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville, Indiana.
