Sue Ellen Pemberton-Woodruff

Sue Ellen (Campton) Pemberton-Woodruff, 78, of Mooresville, Indiana passed away Friday, November 22nd, 2024. She was born on December 11th, 1945 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to her parents James and Dorothy (Bever) Campton. She was married to the late James Woodruff.

Sue is survived by her two nephews: Gregory Shue (Billie) and Doug Shue (Missy). Sue is preceded in death by both of her parents; her husband, James Woodruff; and her sister, Ruth Shue.

Sue attended Arsenal Tech High School and embraced her role as a homemaker. With a deep passion for rug hooking and braiding, she also devoted herself to sewing, quilting, and a variety of crafts. Known by many for her independence and strong will, she serves as an inspiring example of strength and creativity.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 11 am to 1 pm on Wednesday, November 27th at Jones Family Funeral and Cremation Service in Mooresville. Sue will be laid to rest at Mooresville Cemetery in Mooresville.
