Stanley Wayne White

Stanley Wayne "Stan" White, 86, of Mooresville, passed away Friday, February 4th, 2022. He was born November 14th, 1935 in Kokomo to his parents, Wayne O. and Grace (Goin) White, where he lived for 40 years. He married Rosalie J. (Stover) White on July 13th, 1957. He was a resident of Mooresville since 1981. Stan is survived by his loving wife of nearly 65 years, Rosalie J. (Stover) White of Mooresville; three children: Barbara (John Richards) White, Daniel (Teresa) White of Tennessee, and Darrell Dwayne (Angela Dickison) White; seven grandchildren: Heather Boyd, Amber Chamberlain, Jessica Langston, Derek White, Kyle Dickson, Alfred Don Dickson, and Devon Sanders; ten great grandchildren; and one sister, Ruth Henson. Stan is preceded in death by both of his parents; one son: Kenneth Lionel White; two brothers: Rick White and Joseph White; and five sisters: Judy Miller, June Fisher, Phyllis Bryant, Mary Young, and Linda Chris. Stan was a Truck Driver for ANR Trucking in Indianapolis for 35 years. He was a member of Teamsters Local 135 and Fraternal Order of Eagles. Stan loved playing music, including guitar, mandolin, and harmonica. He played in several bands with friends. Stan loved to spend time with his family. Family and friends may show their love and support from 10 to 11 am on Thursday, February 10th at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 am following visitation at the funeral home. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville.
