Shirley Scalf

Shirley Elizabeth (Hockman) Scalf, 68, of Martinsville died Monday, October, 10 2005. Shirley was born in Mooresville, Indiana on March 20, 1937 to the late Harlan A. Hockman and the late Doris(Dillinger)Hockman. She was a Martinsville resident for most of her life. She married the late Guy J. Scalf in 1954. Shirley was a homemaker all of her life and enjoyed gardening. She is survived by 1 daughter, Brenda Samuels of Mooresville; 2 sons: Jeff Scalf of Mooresville and Rick Scalf of Martinsville. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Visiting hours will be 3-7pm, Friday, October 14, 2005. The funeral service will be held at 10am, Saturday, October 15, 2005 with Will Ballard officiating. The burial will be at Centerton Cemetery following the service.
