Shirley J. Miller

Shirley J. (Luker) Miller, 78, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2015. She was born on October 18, 1936 in Beech Grove. Shirley was a Cafeteria Cashier for Aramark in Indianapolis, retiring in 2000. She lived in Indianapolis for most of her life. Shirley is survived by a daughter, Vickie Van Vlymen of Martinsville; a son, J. "Mike" Baldwin of Indianapolis; seven grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Myrtle (Lawson) Awbrey; spouse, Raymond K. Miller Sr.; a son, Charles E. Baldwin; and a brother, Gene Lawson. There will be a graveside service at Fairfield Cemetery in Camby, IN on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 3:30 pm with Pastor John Dunaway officiating.
