Scott Flewelling

Scott A. Flewelling, 53, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away peacefully with family by his side on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at his home. He was born October 11, 1963 in Indianapolis to Robert Flewelling and Diana (Otto) Stonebraker. He married Shirley (English) Flewelling on March 21, 1989.

Scott was a 1982 graduate of Franklin Central High School. He was a truck driver for the Indiana Department of Transportation retiring in 2001. He was also a CB Installer for a few years for Big O CB Shop in Indianapolis. Scott really enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Scott is survived by his wife, Shirley Flewelling of Indianapolis; mother and stepfather: Diana and Jim Stonebraker; four daughters: Sarah (Todd) May of Camby, Shannon (Steve) Smith of Indianapolis, Stacey (Brooke) Love of Camby and Tammy Edwards of Indianapolis; twelve grandchildren: Shalonah, Isaiah, Gracie, Shaleyah, Jeremiah, Talan, Dante, Paxton, Lathan, Madison, Vincent and Avery; and brother, Chris (Susan) Flewelling of Indianapolis. Scott is also preceded by his father and stepmother, Robert and Mary Flewelling.

Family and friends may pay their respects from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. Chaplain Mark will officiate the celebration of life service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at the funeral home. Scott will be cremated following the service.
