Scharron Soladine

Scharron Marie (Smith) Soladine, 82, of Camby, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2018 while surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Julian Emil Smith and Bernice Marie (McClelland) Ostrander on March 24, 1935 in Indianapolis. She graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1953. She married Keith A. Soladine on August 24, 1963.

Scharron was employed by Eli Lilly for 16 years. She also was an active member of St. Stephens Lutheran Church. She also participated locally in the Camby Community Ladies Club. She was everyone's mom, a very compassionate loving wife and mother. She was very family oriented and loved her family deeply. She was very witty and at times quite feisty. But her love for her home and family was her most lasting memory.

Scharron is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Keith A. Soladine of Camby; three loving children; Devona Manion of Camby; Danielle (Rob) Jenson of Mooresville and Jason (Londa) Soladine of Mooresville; 14 dear grandchildren, Davin, Candice, Christine, Jeremy, Megan, Morgan, Breanna, Brittany, Brandon, Bryce, Laynie, Myles, Maleah and Mia; three sweet great-grandchildren, Victoria, Amara and Matteo; five siblings, Jackie Fish, David Smith, Belita Maple, Tana Moore and Dale Smith. She is preceded in death by her parents and a son, Darryl Born.

Family and friends may gather to pay their respects from 3-8 p.m. on Monday, January 29th and 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 30th in Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. Pastor Ellen Mills will officiate Scharron's celebration of life service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 30th in Jones Family Mortuary. She will be laid to rest in Washington Park North Cemetery, Indianapolis.
