Sarah Wells

Sarah Wells, 40, of Plainfield, IN, passed away January 11, 2006. She was born May 14, 1965 in Indianapolis to Carrol Jeanne(Harker)Schmink Ogden and the late Ronald L. Schmink. She was married to John D. Wells on July 23, 1986. She has lived in Plainfield for the last 11 years. Sarah was a 1983 Danville High School graduate and 1984 Speedway Academy of Cosmetology. She attended the John Knox Presbyterian Church in Speedway, IN. She loved to crochet and loved her cats. In 1982, she won the National Pinto Championships in halter and equitation class. She was a Licensed Cosmetologist and Homemaker. She is preceded in death by her StepFather, Larry D. Ogden. She is survived by her spouse, John D. Wells of Plainfield, her son, Justin D. Wells of Plainfield; her mother, Carrol Jeanne Schmink Ogden of Plainfield; 2 brothers, Daniel J. Schmink of FL, and Blaine A. Schmink of Bloomington, IN. Calling hours will be from 1-6pm, Sunday, January 15, 2006 at Jones Family Mortuary with the funeral service at 10am, Monday January 16, 2006. Dan Sutherin will be officiating the service. She will be laid to rest following the services at Stilesville Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
