Sandra Skiles

Sandra K. (Pierson) Skiles, 51, of Shelbyville, Indiana passed away peacefully with family by her side on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at her home. She was born October 10, 1965 in Indianapolis to Charles Ladd Pierson and Karen Lee (Nugent) Boyer. She married Kevin Gordon Skiles on February 14, 1986.

Sandra grew up in Monrovia where she was a 1984 graduate of Monrovia High School. She also lived in Shelbyville since 1997. She was a loan processor for Main Source in Greensburg for 2 years; was an active member of the quilt club; enjoyed sewing; and loved watching Old Westerns.

Sandra is survived by her parents; husband; 2 children: Jessica Marie (Matthew) Schlegel and Matthew Kevin Skiles; and brother, Kevin (Lisa) Pierson.

It was Sandra's wishes to be cremated and the family has decided to host a private celebration of life at a later date.
