Roberta Ann "Honey" Shaw, 81, of Amo, IN, died on January 16, 2011. She was born on June 29, 1929 in Indianapolis, IN to Robert & Margaret (Ervin) Yorger. She married Neal Shaw Jr. on March 20, 1948. She was a 1947 Decatur Central High School Graduate. Before retiring in 1989, she was a Cafeteria Worker for Decatur Township Schools for 16 years. Although she has lived in Amo, IN for the last 10 years, she lived most of her life in Camby, IN. She was a member of Amo United Methodist Church and former member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Indianapolis, IN. She was also an avid glass & doll collector and a green thumb gardener. She is survived by 5 Children, Larry (Karen) Shaw of Camby, IN, Rick (Lynn) Shaw of Lebanon, IN, Daniese (Pat) McKenzie of Indianapolis, IN, Yolanda (Scott) Manson of Plainfield, IN & Kimberlie (Bob) Hudson of Amo, IN; 11 Grandchildren, Ginny Slayton, Christopher & Andrew Shaw, Stephen, John, Marianne & Nathanael McKenzie, Annette & Kara Manson, Tamara Douglas & Veronica Hudson; 1 Great Granddaughter, Ashley Slayton; 2 Sisters, Jane Richardson of Avon, IN and Mary Katherine Douglas of Coatesville, IN. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Margaret (Ervin) Yorger, husband, Neal Shaw Jr. and 1 sister, Carolyn Gladden. Calling hours will be from 10-12noon on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Jones Family Mortuary. Pat McKenzie will officiate the 12noon Funeral Service on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Jones Family Mortuary. She will be buried in West Newton Cemetery.
