Robert Jeannette

Robert W. Jeannette, 82 years of age passed away Sunday, June 14, 2009. He was born February 12, 1927 in Bowling Green, KY to the late Robert W. and Delia (Lawrence) Jennette. He married the late Oma Lee (Bryant) Jeannette on May 5, 1945. Robert has lived in Camby, IN for most of his life. He was a WWII Army Veteran and was a Past member of the North Madison Baptist Church. Before retiring in 1981, he was an Assembly Line Worker for GM in Indianapolis, IN for 31 years. Robert is survived by 7 Children: James W. Jeannette of Mooresville, IN, Brenda McClure of Monrovia, IN, Scottie Jeannette of Camby, IN, Yvonne Hale of Mooresville, IN, Charlotte Sepulveda of Camby, IN, Claude Davis of Georgia, Robert Turner of Camby, IN; 24 Grandchildren; 21 Great Grandchildren; 5 Great Great Grandchildren; 1 Brother, David Jennette; and 2 Sisters, Marie Prout and Alice Beach. He is also preceded in death by 1 Brother, Buddy Jennette; and 2 Sisters, Margaret Beach and Mae Wilson. Calling hours for Robert will be from 3-8pm, Wednesday, June 17, 2009 and from 10-11am, Thursday, June 18, 2009 at Jones Family Mortuary. The Service will be at 11am, Thursday, June 18, 2009 at Jones Family Mortuary. Billy Gott and Frank Goodwin will be officiating the service and Robert will be laid to rest at West Newton Cemetery.
