Robert Card

Robert E. "Bob" Card 84, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2005. He was a proud lifelong Decatur Township resident, farmer and a volunteer fireman for the Decatur Township Fire Department for several years. He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Mildred Card; son, Bill (Georgia) Card; two grandsons, Scott (Amy) and Chris (Mandy) Card. He is also survived by his four great-grandchildren and many loving friends. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Saturday, August 13, 2005 at Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville, with calling there 11 a.m. until time of service and 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 12, 2005. Rev. Gene Young will officiate services. Burial will be in West Newton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Decatur Township Fire Dept.
