Patrick James Spurr

Patrick James Spurr, 51, of Kokomo, passed away Tuesday, January 18th, 2022. He was born October 16th, 1970 in Indianapolis to his parents, Noah T. Spurr and Sandra M. (Butler) Bowen. He was a resident of Indianapolis for most of his life and most recently was a resident of Kokomo for the last 5 years. Patrick is survived by his son, James Lee Spurr of Mooresville; two brothers: Kevin Spurr of Indianapolis and Michael Lester of Indianapolis; two step brothers: Bruce Paro of Indianapolis and Richard Byrd of Indianapolis; one step sister, Carrie Byrd of Indianapolis; step father, Mike Bowen; and his aunt, Mary Ann DeBruhl of Mooresville. Patrick is preceded in death by both of his parents and half sister, Mable Spurr. Patrick was self-employed and loved doing Handyman jobs. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his son, James. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Frankleton Cemetery in Frankleton, Kentucky.
