Patricia Kelley

Patricia J. Kelley, 63, of Green Valley, Arizona died Tuesday, September 21, 2004. She previously lived in Indianapolis, IN for 28 years. She was born January 25, 1941 to parents Jack and Alice Fitzpatrick, both deceased. She was a member and Head of Womens' Ministry at Assembly of God Church. She was also a member of the Elks Club Ladies Auxillary in Green Valley, AZ. She was an Electronics Supervisor for RCA in Indianapolis, IN for 10 years. She is survived by 2 Children: Randy Cook of Sanuarita, AZ; Jackqulyn Cook of Mesa, AZ; 6 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by 1 Son: William Hamm and 1 Grandson. Visitation will be from 10-11am on Saturday, October 9, 2004 with the Memorial Service starting at 11am at Jones Family Mortuary. Burial will be at Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis, IN.
