Patricia Gladhill

Patricia Louise Gladhill, 75 years of age passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2010. She was born July 20, 1935 in Boston, MA to the late Joseph Olmar and Ethel E. (Moody) Darling. Patricia married the late Wayne L. Gladhill on October 4, 1958. She lived in Camby, IN; Indianapolis, IN for 10 years; Franklin, IN for 14 years; and Boston, MA for 40 years. She earned her L.P.N. while in the Army WAC in 1957. Patricia was a Deaconness of Camby Community Church; a volunteer for the American Red Cross; a bird lover and enjoyed animals; and also a blood donor for over 40 years. Before retiring in 1997, she was a L.P.N. for the Veteran's Hospital in Brockton, MA for 5 years and Marlboro, MA for 19 years. Patricia is survived by 1 Daughter, Robin (Michael) Paquette of Worcester, MA; 2 Sons, Paul and Ken (Katie) Gladhill of Camby, IN; 6 Grandchildren; 1 Great Grandson; and 2 Sisters, Phyllis Perkins of ME and Jean Kenney of MA. She is also preceded in death by 2 Granddaughters, Stephanie Paquette and Sarah Gladhill; and 2 Brothers, Robert and Donald Darling. Calling hours for Patricia Gladhill will be from 4-7pm, Sunday, August 1, 2010 and from 9-10am, Monday, August 2, 2010 all at Camby Community Church, 8604 Camby Rd., Camby, IN 46113. The Funeral Service will be at 10am, Monday, August 2, 2010 at Camby Community Church. Charles Paxton will officiate the service and Patricia will be laid to rest at West Newton Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Camby Community Church.
