Norman Alan Muse II, 46, of Linton, passed away Saturday, August 24th, 2024. He was born September 6th, 1977 in Indianapolis to his parents Norman Alan Muse and Tina Marie (Collis) Beasley.
Alan is survived by his mother, Tina Marie Beasley of Quincy; his two children: Chasta Muse (Nathaniel Rigney) of Plainfield and Dillion Muse of Plainfield; his two grandchildren: Kylo and Oakley Muse; one sister, Amanda Hewitt (P.J.-Best Friend) of Avon; one brother, Derick Muse (Krissi) of Camby; step-brother, Billy Beasley (Cari) of Mooresville; step-sister, April Beasley of Indianapolis.
Alan is preceded in death by his father, Norman Alan Muse and step-sister, Nicole "Nikki" Beasley.
Alan was a 1996 graduate of Ben Davis High School of Indianapolis. He was a Welder for Beasley Railcar Repair for 25 years. Alan was known to be a headstrong, yet kind hearted and spiritual man. He enjoyed fishing, playing games with all of the kids and anyone that knew him, knew his love for food. Alan always lived life to the fullest, was passionate about astronomy and loved to watch the stars through the view of his own telescope. He enjoyed attending the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, especially on Carb Day.
Family and friends may show their love and support from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday, August 31st at Jones Family Funeral and Cremation Service in Mooresville. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 pm following visitation at the funeral home. Alan will be laid to rest at West Newton Cemetery in West Newton.
