Nicholas A. Ballard

Nicholas A. "Nick" Ballard, 38, of Indianapolis, passed away Monday, November 13th, 2023. He was born August 19th, 1985 in Indianapolis to his parents Phillip G. Ballard and Deborah A. (Hankins) Hankins.

Nick is survived by his Daughter, Madison Richards of Indianapolis; his son, Chase Phelps of New York; one sister, Sarah J. Shelton (Tony); three nephews: Brenden Shelton, Cory Shelton, and Donovan Shelton; and two nieces: Adrian Shelton and Mickayela Shelton. Nick is preceded in death by both of his parents.

Nick was a Truck Driver for Republic Services in Indianapolis for 6 years. He enjoyed fishing and working out at the gym. Nick loved spending time with his friends.

Per the families request, a private visitation will be held at Jones Family Mortuary. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville.
