Nancy Pociask

Nancy A. Pociask, 84 of Plainfield, IN passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2006. She was born July 26, 1922 in Franklin, IN to the late Norval D. and Marie Covert Brewer. She married Michael Pociask on September 4, 1943. Nancy was born in Franklin, IN, then she lived in Indianapolis for 25 years, Chicago for 10 years, Mooresville for 8 years, Martinsville for 13 years, and Plainfield for the last 8 years. She was a 1940 Graduate of Arsenal Technical High School. She was a member of the John Knox Prebyterian Church in Indianapolis. She was an office Manager for Sun & Life of America Insurance Company for 20 years, retiring in 1972. Nancy is preceded in death by 1 Brother, Edward Brewer and 1 Sister, Mary Jane Wolverton. She is survived by: 1 Son, Michael B. Pociask of Plainfield, IN; 3 Grandchildren: Michael A. Pociask of Plainfield, IN; Christopher C. Pociask of Plainfield, IN; and Jason D. Pociask of Plainfield, IN. Calling hours for Nancy are from 4-8pm, Friday, November 3, 2006 and the funeral service will be at 10am, Saturday, November 4, 2006 both at Jones Family Mortuary. The service will be officiated by Lisa Crismore. Nancy will be laid to rest at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens 9700 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN.
