Michael White

Michael Wayne White, 64 years of age passed away Thursday, April 29, 2010. He was born September 7, 1945 in Johnson County, IN to the late Bernard White and the late Catherine (Richardson) Brummett. Michael married Ruthann (Fishel) White on June 28, 1964. He was a Vietnam War Veteran. He lived in Morgan County, IN for most of his life. Michael was a Manager of Swifty Gas Station in Mooresville, IN for 5 years and retired in 2008. After retirement, he continued part time as a gas attendant. He was a member of the Martinsville VFW Post 1257 and the American Legion in Mooresville, IN. Michael White is survived by his Wife, Ruthann White of Mooresville, IN; Son, Kevin (Laura) White of Mooresville, IN; 2 Grandchildren: Haleigh and Devin White; and 2 Half Sisters, Mary Ann Arthur of Bloomington, IN and Brenda Lanfair of Martinsville, IN. He is also preceded in death by 1 Son, Michael Wayne White Jr.; Step Mother, Anna White; and 1 Brother, Loran White. Calling hours for Michael will be from 4-8pm, Monday, May 3, 2010 and also from 9-10am, Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville, IN. The Funeral will be at 10am, Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Jones Family Mortuary. Jack Elliott will officiate the service and Michael will be laid to rest at Hilldale Cemetery in Martinsville, IN.
