Michael Fields

Michael Ray Fields, 40 years of age passed away Saturday, November 28, 2009. He was born February 7, 1969 in Martinsville, IN to the late Jerry Fields and Julia (Bourne) Mumaw of Louisville, KY. Michael married Eveleen (Hall) Fields of Indianapolis, IN on December 26, 2001. Michael has lived in Indianapolis, IN since 1989 and in Martinsville, IN for 12 years. He loved camping, fishing, and the outdoors. He was a self-employed painter for Fields Custom Painting for 12 years. Michael is survived by his Wife, Eveleen Fields of Indianapolis, IN; 2 Step Daughters, Pam Kibbey of Indianapolis, IN and Denise Amato of Camby, IN; 3 Grandchildren; Mother, Julia Mumaw of Louisville, KY; and 3 Brothers: Ed Fields of Whiteland, IN, Kevin Fields of Indianapolis, IN, and Chris Fields of Ft. Wayne, IN. Calling hours for Michael will be from 3-8pm, Friday, December 4, 2009 at Jones Crossing Banquet Center. Jones Family Mortuary was in charge of the arrangements.
