Meredith Nunamaker

Meredith J. Nunamaker 85, Camby, died September 6, 2005. She was born May 21, 1920. Before retiring in 1995, she was a waitress for the Steak & Shake restaurant on Madison Ave. in Indianapolis, IN for 26 years. Mrs. Nunamaker was a member of West Newton Worship and Youth Center. She was the widow of Lt. Col. Nelson Nunamaker. Survivors include daughter Linda Godwin of Camby; son Nelson Nunamaker of West Newton, IN; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister Immogene Haines of Lynnwood, WA. She was preceded in death by two brothers Tony and Reg Wurtz. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, September 9, 2005 in Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville, with calling there from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2005. Burial will be in West Newton Cemetery, West Newton.
