Melvin Shook

Melvin L. "PeeWee" Shook, 69 of Mooresville, IN passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2008. He was born February 2, 1939 in Rushville, IN to the late Raymond Shook and the late Margaret (Foley) Shook. He has lived in Mooresville, IN for most of his life. Melvin was a Veteran in the Marine Corps. He was a member of the Plum Creek Christian Church in Rushville, IN and he worked as a Tire Repair Man for Blue and White Services for 35 years and retired in 1999. "PeeWee" is survived by 2 Step Sons, Ray Bain of Mooresville, IN and Tony Bain of Monrovia, IN; 4 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren; 2 Brothers, Myron Shook of Anderson, IN and Neal Shook of West Virginia; 1 Niece, Tonda Mann of Indianapolis, IN; and Nephew, Raymond Shook of Indianapolis, IN. Calling hours for Melvin will be from 3-8pm, Sunday, March 30, 2008 with the funeral being at 10am, Monday, March 31, 2008. Melvin will be laid to rest at Mooresville Cemetery.
