Mary Braun

Mary A. Braun, 81 years of age, passed away Monday, December 18, 2006. She was born March 23, 1925 in Indianapolis, IN to the late James N. Anderson and Ova (Watkins) Anderson. She married the late Alfred Braun on July 29, 1949. Mary has lived in Lafayette, IN since 2005 and in Camby, IN for 67 years. She is a 1943 Graduate of Decatur Central High School and she attended Harvest Lutheran Church in Mooresville, IN. She was a Cafeteria worker for West Newton Elementary School for 28 years, retiring in 1987. She is survived by: 2 Children: Philip Braun of West Lafayette, IN and Diane (Charles)Meeks of Wheatfield, IN; 2 Grandchildren: Tracey and Jonathan Braun; 1 Brother, James Anderson of Mooresville, IN. She is also preceded in death by 1 Brother, John Anderson and 1 Sister, Elizabeth Stanley. Calling hours will be from 2-8pm, Wedesday, December 20, 2006 and the Funeral at 10am, Thursday, December 21, 2006. Mary will be laid to rest at Concordia Lutheran Cemetery in Indianapolis, IN.
