Martha Chenoweth

Martha H. Chenoweth 82, of Mooresville, IN passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2007. She was born January 3, 1925 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Clare Ware and the late Cordelia (Beckelhimer) Ware. Martha has lived in Mooresville for 51 years; Camby for 12 years; Friendswood for 4 years; and in Smith Valley for 2 years. She was a 1945 Decatur Central High School Graduate. She was a member of the Grace Church in Camby, IN and she enjoyed knitting. Before retiring in 1987, she was a Data Entry for Indiana State Highway Department in Indianapolis, IN for 8 years. Martha is survived by 3 Children: Roy William Chenoweth Jr. of Danville, IN, Justin Gatewood Chenoweth of Mooresville, IN, and Ruth Ann Pipher of Mooresville, IN; 3 Grandchildren; 1 Great Granddaughter; 1 Sister, Dorothy Gamble of Mooresville, IN; and 1 Cousin, Woody Wright of Mooresville, IN. She was also preceded in death by 2 Brothers, Paul and Donald Ware. Calling for Martha will be from 3-6pm, Friday, October 12, 2007 with the funeral beginning at 6pm, Friday, October 12, 2007 both held at Jones Family Mortuary. Jim Taylor will be officiating the service. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Charity of Choice.
