Marjorie Y. Goolsby, 77, of Indianapolis, IN, died on October 26, 2011. Marjorie was born to John H. & Polly C. (Frances) Benton on February 2, 1934 in Big Stone Gap, VA. Marjorie graduated from Martinsville High School in 1952. She was a Homemaker. She lived in Indianapolis, IN for 3 years and Mooresville, IN for 33 years. Marjorie is survived by 4 children, Nina Pierson of Martinsville, IN, Larry Murphy of Indianapolis, IN, Rex Murphy of Indianapolis, IN and Kathy Epley of Indinapolis, IN; 10 grandchildren & 12 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Ollie Mae VanZant & Shirley White. Marjorie is preceded in death by her parents, John H. & Polly C. (France) Benton and spouses, Lamar Murphy & Raymond Goolsby. Calling will be from 11-1pm, Saturday, October 29, 2011 at Jones Family Mortuary. Terry Crist will officiate the 1pm funeral service on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at Jones Family Mortuary.
