Luella Evans

Luella Martha (Randall) Evans, 76, of Indianapolis, IN, died on Friday, May 4, 2012. Luella was born to Robert E. & Goldie M. (Scoggins) Randall on May 23, 1935 in Brooklyn, IN. Luella graduated from Decatur Central High School in 1953. Luella married the love of her life, her soulmate, Neil F. Evans on March 8, 1952. Luella was a homemaker and also worked for RCA in Indianapolis, IN. She enjoyed walking and spending time with her friends and family. Luella lived in Indianapolis, IN for 52 years and Mooresville, IN during her childhood years. Luella is survived by her daughter, Tereasa Harvey of Indianapolis, IN; 2 grandchildren, Tim Harvey & Kristin (Harvey) Pitzer; a brother, Leon Randall of Gosport & close friends, Danny & Annamarie Blackburn. Luella was preceded in death by her parents, Robert E. & Goldie M. (Scoggins) Randall; husband, Neil F. Evans; a brother, Robert Randall; a sister, Roberta McKim and a grandson, Micah Harvey. Calling for Luella will be from 12:30pm-2pm, Monday, May 7, 2012 at Jones Family Mortuary. The funeral service will be at 2pm on Monday, May 7, 2012 at Jones Family Mortuary. Luella will be laid to rest at West Newton Cemetery.
