Lois Jean Elliott

Lois Jean Elliott, 77, of Mooresville and formerly of Washington, passed away peacefully in her home on December 12, 2020. Lois was born on May 15, 1943 in Essex, Missouri to the late Tommie and Eva (Dorris) Adair. She married the late Charles Elliott on September 10, 1960. Lois was a CNA for St. John's Hospital in Washington for 22 years. She also worked for several other nursing homes over her career. She was a member of Assembly of God in Washington. Lois is survived by her five sons: Clinton Elliott of WA, Dennis Elliott of WA, Eric (Paula) Elliott of Florida, Kevin (Theresa) Elliott of Mooresville and Scott (Laurie) Elliott of Poland, IN; 15 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson; 3 sisters: Pansy Weber, Linda Cowan and Evelyn Goodrum. Lois is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Barry Elliott; daughter, Rebecca Elliott; brother, Donald "Harold" Payne and sister, Dorothy Reese.
