Lloyd Rush

Lloyd E. Rush, 73 years of age, of Indianapolis, IN passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2010. He was born April 11, 1937 in Bow, KY to the late Leslie H. and Pancey (Watson) Rush. Lloyd married Betty A. (Brown) Rush of Indianapolis, IN on October 6, 1961. Lloyd lived in Indianapolis, IN for most of his life. He was a member of the Indiana Central and Hoosier Beagle Club, Capital City Conservation Club, and enjoyed Brace Beagling, hunting, and fishing. Before retiring in 1997, he was Bus Driver for Indy-GO/Metro in Indianapolis, IN for 30 years. Lloyd is survived by his Wife, Betty A. (Brown) Rush of Indianapolis, IN; 1 Son, Jeff and Luann Rush of Greenwood, IN; 3 Grandchildren: Lloyd, April, and Krystal Rush; 2 Brothers, Leslie and Randolph Rush; 2 Sisters, JoAnn Groce and Jewell Riley; and Several Nieces and Nephews. He is also preceded in death by Parents; Son, David B. Rush; 2 Brothers, Hermon and Royster Rush; and 1 Granddaughter, Karrie Rush. Calling hours for Lloyd will be from 11-2pm, Friday, October 22, 2010 at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville, IN. The funeral will be at 2pm, Friday, October 22, 2010 at Jones Family Mortuary. Rev. Randy Perry will officiate the service and Lloyd will be laid to rest at West Newton Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Cornerstone Nazarine Church.
